Terms & Conditions
These terms form the agreement between you and Sporty soul clothing LLC, the provider of LogicLab.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
LogicLab is operated by Sporty soul clothing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). When you create an account or purchase a subscription you are entering into an agreement with Sporty soul clothing LLC. You can reach us at rodea1038@gmail.com.
2. The service
LogicLab is an AI-powered web application that turns textbook chapters, lecture notes and lab observations into interactive study material — crossword clues, true/false paradoxes, scenario puzzles, flashcard decks, multiple-choice quizzes and matching pairs. Free accounts include a limited number of generations; a Premium subscription removes that limit.
3. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or continuing to use LogicLab you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement in your country, and that if you are using LogicLab on behalf of a school, institution or company, you have authority to bind that organisation.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LogicLab within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute access, or circumvent technical limits such as generation credits or rate limits.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse LogicLab. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud or spam;
- upload or generate content that infringes anyone's intellectual property rights;
- generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes of real people, malware, or content designed to deceive or defraud;
- attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or otherwise bypass the safety behaviour of the AI models;
- interfere with the security of the service — no probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malicious code.
7. AI content: your inputs and outputs
You are responsible for the text you paste or upload, for confirming that you have the right to use it, and for how you use anything LogicLab generates from it. You retain ownership of your input. As between you and us, you own the study material generated from your input, subject to these terms and to any third-party rights in the source material.
We grant ourselves only the limited licence needed to host and process your content in order to provide the service to you.
If you believe content on LogicLab infringes your rights, contact rodea1038@gmail.com with details and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be suspended or terminated.
8. Accuracy of AI output
LogicLab uses generative AI. Output can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and may misstate scientific facts. Always verify generated material against your source notes before relying on it. LogicLab is a study aid — it is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial or academic advice, and should not be used for regulated professional purposes without qualified human review.
9. Content moderation
We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
10. Payment, subscriptions and taxes
Premium is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our refund window.
11. Service level
We work to keep LogicLab available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party AI provider outages may cause downtime.
12. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of LogicLab itself — the software, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using LogicLab at any time and cancel your subscription through Paddle. On termination you lose access to the service; contact us within 30 days if you need to export your saved material.
14. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
16. Changes, assignment and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
