1. Who we are
Sporty soul clothing LLC, trading as LogicLab, is the data controller for the personal data described here. That means we decide what data is collected and why. Contact us at rodea1038@gmail.com.

We do not see or store your card details — payment data is collected by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
3. AI processing
The text you submit is sent to our AI model provider so it can generate your study material. It is processed to fulfil your request and is not used by us to train models.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, email delivery and AI model providers.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep account data and saved study material for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we must retain records (for example transaction records for tax purposes) for longer.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email rodea1038@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls so users can only read their own records, and hashed credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session — these are required for the app to work. Our checkout provider Paddle sets its own cookies during payment. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though signing in will not work without the essential ones.
10. Changes
We will post any updates to this notice on this page and change the "last updated" date above.
